Very Popular Drink at Sam’s Anchor Café in Tiburon, CA
Ingredients
- 1 Jalapeno cut Slices w/seeds or without depending on desired heat
- 1 Pinch Coriander (cilantro)
- 1.5 oz BBT Tequila Reposado
- .60 oz Kirkland Agave syrup
- 1.0 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Directions
- Slice several Cuts of Jalapeno Seeded or Deseed.
- In a shaker, add the pinch of Cilantro and Sliced Jalapeno and Muddle Lightly
- Then the Tequila, agave and fresh lime juice.
- Fill with ice and shake well.
- Pour into a Bucket glass with some of the muddled Jalapeno & Cilantro and fill with cubed ice and Salt the Rim
