Our Silver Tequila begins with 100% hand harvested Weber Blue Agave. Using centuries old methods, the heart of the plants, known as the pinas, are roasted in stone ovens, fermented, and distilled into a fine crafted Silver Tequila.
Once Out of the still, Big Boy Silver Tequila goes into toasted oak barrels, previously used to age Tennessee whisky, which gives it its unique flavor. It then rest for 9 months in the barrels. "Rest" translates to Reposado in Spanish which defines the of this premium tequila.
Big Boy Cristalino combines the complexity of a 18 month barrel aged Anejo, with the smoothness of a fine Silver Tequila. The process removes impurities from the barrel aging creating a pure and complex flavor profile suitable for the ultimate sipping or cocktail experience.
